With Joska Studio, AW Architects created a microbrewery, restaurant and bar in Sydenham.

Sustainability drove every decision: solar panels, rainwater harvesting, repurposed furniture and local suppliers. Years of office fitouts were peeled back to reveal brick walls, timber beams and skylights, and laminated pine, recycled oak and bespoke steel and brass details bring warmth to the industrial shell.
