About the project
Working with Fletcher Living, AW Architects re-envisioned a consented scheme for a former school site in Sydenham.
Existing infrastructure was reused to minimise waste, and a new mix of typologies created diversity and affordability. Homes are arranged around a central communal lawn, ground-floor retail activates Colombo Street, and terraces and apartments line pedestrian-friendly streets.
