Set on a private rear section beside the Wairarapa Stream, this home uses two offset gabled forms linked by a glazed entry.
Natural cedar cladding suits the riparian setting, and slatted sliders allow flexible connection to outdoor spaces. The NZIA jury described it as "serene and refined, with moments of surprise within."
