A multi-unit development that sets a benchmark for urban regeneration in central Christchurch.

The design responds to Rauora Park, an adjacent heritage façade and nearby urban edges. Lofty interiors are planned with services tucked away, and elegant brick detailing ensures durability and refinement. The NZIA jury noted its "well-resolved forms and considered relationship with surrounding context."
