Mainland Capital's workplace balances superb functionality with elegance and warmth.

Working with Kirkcaldie, AW Architects transformed two top-floor wings into a boutique hotel-inspired office, layered with leather, wood, brass, stone and deep textured finishes. The south wing houses the main workplace, while a former apartment became flexible client spaces including a boardroom, Game Room and Reflection Room. Adaptive reuse reduced building work while delivering a timeless, high-quality environment.
