Driven by community aspirations, this harbour-side centre provides a meeting hall and facilities for walkers on the coastal trail.

Two cedar and steel-clad forms are linked by a translucent canopy that extends to the street, creating a welcoming threshold. Generous decks support outdoor gatherings, and simple, durable cladding ensures longevity.
