Recognition
Set in a pine forest, the Adventure Park base is a hub for recreation.
Four black-clad buildings form a village green, with a folded-roof café anchoring the site and opening to a large deck. Prefabricated construction met tight time and budget constraints, and the NZIA jury praised the clarity and consistency of the approach.
