A city home for a young family, crowning a seven-level mixed-use building in central Christchurch.
The 240m² Level 6 apartment emerges from the building's architectural language: a folding lounge roof and raked glazing wall frame Port Hills views, while layered skylights bring light through a south-facing plan. A rooftop native garden by Studio Botanic completes a home that shows families can live well at height, above the working day.
