Within Christchurch's Old Government Building, this apartment combines restored heritage character with bold contemporary insertions.

Clean-lined, gallery-like spaces contrast with playful surprises, including a vivid pink WC. The design creates a refined setting for art and collectibles while celebrating adaptive reuse.
